Our Founder – Trevor Jones
Meet Trevor Jones
Trevor Jones has been a marketing professional and entrepreneur since before he even knew what those words meant.
Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, Trevor started his first hustle running prize inventory for a local arcade. By 14, he had developed a custom paintball accessory and was selling it on eBay to customers across the country. That evolved into working directly with manufacturers and launching his first ecommerce store—selling over 100,000 paintball product SKUs while still in high school.
Homeschooled most of his K–12 years, Trevor didn’t just learn to memorize facts—he learned how to figure things out. That mindset was shaped early by watching his parents run a chiropractic practice and being immersed in a world where work ethic, resourcefulness, and problem-solving weren’t optional—they were the standard.
By 2008, he had already helped develop an online case history software platform aimed at providing supplement recommendations based on detailed research and user conditions. That same analytical drive would carry him through his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and marketing.
A Mind for Growth, A Heart for Solving Problems
In the last decade, Trevor has directly generated over $150 million in revenue for the businesses he’s helped build. When you include the brands he’s supported through coaching, strategy, and advertising, that number rises to over $500 million.
He’s started, grown, and sold multiple companies. He holds a patented design for two drywall anchor products. He’s built teams, failed forward, invested wisely, and logged nearly 30,000 hours learning the hard way—by doing the work.
Why Rhythm Collective
Rhythm was born out of necessity. It became something bigger because others needed it, too.
What Drives Him Today
He’s also passionate about giving back. Trevor supports individuals with disabilities through volunteer work and charitable giving, particularly in the world of adaptive sports. He’s been involved in efforts through the City of Knoxville and Power of Play, helping expand access to inclusive athletic opportunities for youth and adults alike.
At the core of everything he builds is this belief: If you care deeply, move smartly, and stay focused on value—growth will follow.
